Built for your business

One system, shaped to how you sell

How it works

Three ledgers, one transaction

Everything downstream of the sale happens at once. No reconciliation backlog on a Sunday.

  1. Ring the sale

Scan or tap items. Take cash, card, store credit or loyalty points, in any mix.

  2. Stock moves

On-hand quantities drop the moment the sale posts, costed at weighted average.

  3. Books balance

Revenue, tax, COGS and inventory post together as one journal entry.

Features

The whole back office, wired to the register

From the first scan at the till to the year-end close: selling, stock, wholesale, trucks, money and the books, in one place and always in step.

Point of sale

Touch-first register for any screen: split payments across cash, card, mobile wallet, store credit and points; parked sales, returns, exchanges and voids; receipts on a thermal printer or by email. Every sale updates stock and posts its own journal.

No scanner needed

Selling

Your phone is the scanner

No barcode scanner to buy. Scan a QR on the register with any phone, and every item it scans goes straight into the sale. No app, no sign-in. Or use a handheld scanner and print your own barcode labels.

Selling

Shifts and drawer

Opening floats, X and Z reports, automatic over and short. Cash in and out is booked by reason, with a manager's approval. The drawer opens on cash sales.

Selling

Mobile wallet

Take bKash, Nagad and other wallets at the till, on deliveries and for dues. Wallet money has its own account, apart from the cash count.

Selling

Loyalty and coupons

Points earned and redeemed, with the balance, its value and next expiry shown at the till. Coupon rules with limits, and reports on both.

Selling

Self-checkout

A customer-facing kiosk: scan, pay by card, done. Same engine as the register, so stock and books update the same way.

Customers

Customers and credit

Customer profiles, store credit, on-account sales with credit limits and payment terms, statements and dues collected. Personal data can be erased on request.

Catalog

Sell by weight or length

Units for every product: pieces, kg, litres, metres, boxes, dozens. Loose goods sell in parts (0.5 kg), and receipts print the unit next to the quantity.

Stock

Inventory

Numbered purchase orders with a PDF for the supplier, receiving, stock counts, write-offs and reorder alerts, at weighted average cost.

Stock

Warehouses and transfers

Stock in every store and warehouse; move it between them and the cost travels with the goods.

Stock

Transport cost on receiving

Pay the van or courier when goods arrive and the cost is spread over what you received, so margins show what the goods really cost you.

Wholesale

Wholesale

Sales reps take orders on their phones; confirmed orders hold stock, deliveries invoice retailers (paid by cash, bank, wallet or on credit), and returns become credit notes.

Wholesale

Prices for each retailer

Give a retailer a discount off your wholesale prices, or a fixed price on single products. New orders pick it up; placed orders keep theirs.

Trucks

Van sales

Load a truck in the morning and the rep sells from it on their phone: cash, wallet or credit, returns at the door and old dues collected on the road.

New

Trucks

Trip map

Every van sale, collection and return pinned on a map in the order it happened, with the retailer, items and payment, plus where each truck was last seen.

Trucks

Close sales handover

When the truck is back, count what is left and the cash and wallet money handed in. Unsold stock goes home; any shortage is booked and reported by truck and rep.

Money

Money movement and cash in hand

See the cash each warehouse, store and truck holds, count it, and move money between cash, bank and wallet or between locations. Owner money in and out, without touching profit.

Money

Expenses

Rent, utilities, salaries, internet, transport and more, paid from cash, bank or wallet, or by the owner personally. Each lands in its own account, so profit is net profit.

Money

Who owes you, and since when

Receivables and payables aging by 30, 60 and 90 days, wholesale credit used against each limit, and a cash flow statement straight from the ledger.

Books

Accounting

A real double-entry ledger: journals, VAT on sales and purchases, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, period locking and year-end close.

Books

Reports

Profit and margin per product, which retailer took what, ROI on the money in your business, plus sales, collections, purchases, expenses, stock, P&L and balance sheet. Charts, and Excel or PDF downloads.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need an accountant to use it?

No. Journals post automatically from sales, returns and receiving. Your accountant just gets clean books.

What hardware does it run on?

Any modern browser on a tablet, laptop or touchscreen. Receipts print to standard ESC/POS thermal printers, and a cash drawer plugged into the printer opens on cash sales.

Do I need to buy a barcode scanner?

No. Click the phone icon next to the register's scan box, scan the QR code with any phone, and the phone becomes the scanner: every item it scans goes straight into the sale on the computer. It works the same when adding products. No app to install and no sign-in on the phone. A USB or Bluetooth scanner works too, if you have one.

Can I import my existing products and customers?

Yes. Upload CSV files for products, customers, suppliers and opening stock. Every row is validated before anything is saved.

How does billing work?

Sign up, verify your email, then choose a plan and pay the first month; your account switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed. In USD your card is charged automatically each month; in Taka (BDT) you pay by scanning our bKash / Bangla QR. No setup or per-transaction fees. Change plans or cancel anytime.

What reports do I get, and can I export them?

Sales, purchases, expenses, profit, receivables, payables and stock reports on every plan, plus full financial statements, the general journal and ledger with accounting. Pick any date range and download any report as Excel or PDF.

Can I fix stock that is damaged, lost or miscounted?

Yes. Adjust a single product with a reason, or count a set of products and confirm. Each difference is posted to the books at average cost, so stock and accounts stay in step.

Does it handle VAT on purchases and closing the year?

Yes, on Growth and Business. VAT on purchase orders is booked as recoverable input tax and shown against sales tax in the tax report. At year end, one click moves the year's profit into retained earnings and closes the year.

Can I run more than one store?

Yes. Add stores and registers, and transfer stock between locations at cost.

Can I see how much cash each warehouse or store holds?

Yes, on every plan. Every cash sale, payment, expense and deposit is booked to the warehouse, store or truck it happened at, so Cash in hand shows each one's balance, adding up to the cash on your balance sheet. Warehouses count their cash, and a truck's cash moves to its home location when the rep hands it over.

Can customers pay with bKash or another mobile wallet?

Yes. Mobile wallet is a payment method at the till, on wholesale deliveries and for customer dues, on every plan. Wallet money goes to its own account in the books, so your cash count stays exact.

Can my sales reps sell straight from a delivery van?

Yes, on Business. Add the truck as a location and load it; the rep sells from it on their phone, takes returns and collects dues. When the truck is back, Close sales counts what is left and the money received, and books any shortage.
